BOOKING INFO

At M2 Testing, we are committed to providing accurate, confidential, and professional drug and alcohol testing services. By scheduling or participating in testing services through our office, clients and donors acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Identification Requirements All donors must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of collection. Failure to provide proper identification may result in refusal of service or rescheduling. Appointments Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-in services are based on availability. Donors arriving late may need to be rescheduled depending on collector availability and testing requirements. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment and 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel without a fee. Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may result in fees or prepayment requirements for future services. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been approved. We do not accept cash payments. Accepted forms of payment include credit and debit cards only. Approved corporate accounts may be billed according to established agreements. Refund Policy Drug and alcohol testing services are non-refundable once the collection process has begun or specimens have been submitted to the laboratory. Refunds will not be issued for completed collections, laboratory processing, or cancellations after submission. Collection Procedures All collections are performed according to applicable laboratory, federal, DOT, and company guidelines. Donors are expected to comply with collector instructions. Failure to cooperate, specimen tampering, adulteration, substitution, or disruptive behavior may be documented as a refusal to test when applicable. Laboratory Processing Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary due to laboratory processing, confirmation testing, MRO review, or shipping delays. Delays outside of our control may occasionally occur. Inclement Weather For the safety of clients and staff, we reserve the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule appointments and mobile collections due to inclement weather or hazardous conditions. Privacy & Conduct All donor information and test results are handled confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying threatening, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
