CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so within 24 hours of your appointment time by calling
540-929-0300 and speaking to someone in the scheduling department.

There are NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
We will offer a one time reschedule for free.
